Troy Davis is dead. We killed him. We did that. Own it.
There are so many reasons why Troy Davis should not have died. There was a great deal of doubt about whether or not he actually committed the murder. There was no physical evidence linking him directly to the crime. It was a highly emotionally charged crime in a community that is very close knit.
